Step Dossiers — AgentThrust™, documented step by step

Every Step, Same Eight Fields

A methodology you cannot hand to someone else is a methodology that only works when you are in the room. These are the operating documents behind AgentThrust: one dossier per step, each to an identical structure — the prompt verbatim, the tools it runs on, the external references it is grounded in, what goes in, what comes out, the artifact or action it produces, exactly where a human is in the loop, and how the step sits in the wider knowledge graph. Sixteen for the methodology, eleven for the worked sample.

How to read a dossier. Each one opens with a step anatomy diagram — the same shape every time, so once you have parsed one you have parsed all twenty-seven. It reads left to right: INPUT feeds the PROMPT, which runs on the TOOL(S) beneath it and is grounded in the EXTERNAL REFERENCES above it; the flow then passes a HITL checkpoint — colour-coded by whether a human blocks, reviews, is merely notified, or is absent from the happy path entirely — before producing an OUTPUT and, from it, the step's PRODUCT: an artifact you can hold, or an action that changes the world. The eight fields then appear in full beneath the diagram. The worked-sample dossiers carry the actual prompts and figures from the Northbridge Components engagement; the methodology dossiers carry the reusable template with its placeholders intact.
